Shipping & Order Information
Processing: Please allow 10-14 business days for processing. All orders are custom made to order and fulfilled in the order in which they were received.
Shipping: Please refer to the provided tracking information for transit and delivery information. Atlas + Arrow provides tracking information for all orders placed online via the email you provide at checkout; please ensure email accuracy prior to checkout and reference this tracking information for expected delivery. Once turned over to the shipping carrier, Atlas + Arrow is not responsible for any lost, damaged, held or stolen items. If an issue arises after shipping, please contact your local USPS or UPS for information regarding your parcel.
International Shipping: At this time, we do not ship internationally. We are working to include international availability - please check back or email for updates on this!
Order Changes: Please verify all items and information prior to checkout. Once you order has been placed, we may be able to provide any changes. Atlas & Arrow is not held responsible for errors in ordering due to customer selection.
Discounts: Discount codes must be presented at time of checkout. No discounts will be eligible after your order has been placed. One discount code is permitted per transaction.
At this time we do not accept returns. All orders are custom made and made to order. All sales final. No exceptions.
If you find that your purchase arrives damaged or defective, you must contact Atlas & Arrow within 3 days. Please email email@example.com with a photo displaying the damage/defect, a description of the damage/defect, your order number and name. All orders are custom made in-house at Atlas & Arrow. Items with slight variances to the website information will not be accepted as defective, as each item may be unique in pattern placement and color.
